1) About the ROZRYWKA THEATRE
ROZRYWKA THEATRE … the name says it all! The Polish word rozrywka translates as ‘entertainment’ … and that’s exactly what we’ve made it our business to provide!
The ROZRYWKA is one of Poland’s most popular venues for musicals. Our current repertoire features such evergreen favourites as Cats, Cabaret, Sister Act, School of Rock, Tootsie. We also offer our audiences a number of comedies and dramas, not to mention productions for children. We cooperate with leading Polish directors, set designers, actors and musicians and have our own ballet company and orchestra. We also organize outstanding concerts and performances given by top Polish and international artists, to say nothing of our annual New Year's Eve galas.
2) Tickets
Tickets can be bought at our Box Office, which is open:
1.00 PM–8.00 PM.
On days when evening performances do not take place:
Mondays–Fridays from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

The ROZRYWKA THEATRE … or TEATR ROZRYWKI, as it’s known in Polish, is located in the city of Chorzów, which lies at the very heart of Silesia. Reaching us by car is straightforward, since Chorzów is situated on the main route running between Katowice and Gliwice. For parking facilities near the theatre, please see this map.
